Electromechanical Assembly

Through ElectroMechanical assembly MDM performs welding, soldering, micro precision soldering and assembly of medical devices. These activities are performed in an electro-static controlled environment within a "white room". Our assemblers are well trained and experienced in the assembly of a wide assortment of devices using these techniques.

Precision Assembly & Testing

Precision assembly includes the assembly of devices from large to miniature sizes (requiring magnification). Testing of products and processes is performed throughout via visual inspections and the utilization of statistical sampling plans. Testing procedures include Pull testing, Performance testing, Attribute testing and more.
