At MDM, Precision Assembly includes the assembly of a wide array of various devices with varying levels of complexities. Combined with temperature and humidity controlled capability, our Class 10,000 (ISO class 7) cleanrooms can provide for the required conditions for nearly every product. We also have Class 1000 (ISO class 6) capabilities for the assembly of products requiring tighter environmental controls. MDM has the capacity to develop the process and implement in-process testing to conform to your product performance & design specifications. Testing is customized to be consistent with the demands of your device.
