At FDS quality assurance begins with the right people and the proper understanding of what quality means to the customer and where the product is used. We start with hiring quality individuals and putting them through a rigorous and extensive cross training program. We train all of our staff to believe that – “Our client’s customers are our customers” and that – “The customer determines customer satisfaction”. The question is always asked, whether the order is packaged and processed well enough to be used on a family member or friend once it arrives.
Our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system controls all order processing and inventory control. Many fulfillment houses use a paper system that they work from. Basically reading and picking with no verification. FDS will inspect the shipment for Sales Order accuracy, product accuracy, lot tracking accuracy, and over all packaging.
FDS Receiving – In order to verify all inbound shipments we ask our clients to provide a simple file for all inbound Purchase Orders. Once received, the goods will go through the FDS receiving inspection department before going into inventory
FDS complies to Internal and External customer requirements including a secured GMP warehousing facility, Lot traceability and FIFO.
