Michael Dizon is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of LSO’s human resources function. In his role, he has established the vision and direction of LSO’s human capital programs, policies, and services. This includes advising LSO’s CEO, shareholders, and other senior managers on human capital management.
Prior to joining LSO, Michael Dizon worked for Professional Employer Organizations, where he gained valuable knowledge of nationwide HR regulations and advised leadership teams on human resources programs, including staffing and recruitment, classification, position management, employee relations and compensation policies.
Michael Dizon holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Advanced Business Analytics, and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
