Life Science Outsourcing Appoints John Nino as CEO

Brea, CA., October 4, 2021 – Life Science Outsourcing, Inc. (“LSO”), an established certified contract manufacturer and value-added service provider to medical device and life science companies, is pleased to announce that it has appointed John Nino as CEO. Earlier this year, LSO, partnered with PPC Enterprises LLC (“PPC”), a leading private equity firm focused on investing in service businesses in North America, to concentrate on expanding LSO’s services and geographic reach. John brings more than 20 years of experience in the medical device industry and over 30 years of experience in OEM and contract manufacturing.

“John is the perfect choice as the new CEO of LSO to take the company to its next level of performance and offer services to larger OEM’s, add additional capabilities in engineering and design, and lead the LSO team to work closely with our clients from our future expanded geographical locations,” said Barry Kazemi, Founder of LSO. Barry Kazemi will remain a significant shareholder of LSO and serve on the Board of Directors where he will continue to provide his strategic insights to the management team.

For the past 4 years, John has been the President and CEO of Aveox Inc., a leading designer, and manufacturer of specialized motion control products and systems for mission-critical military, aerospace, industrial, and medical applications. John has held several CEO and Board level positions with medical device companies in the orthopedic and cardiovascular end-markets. He has also worked with numerous private equity-backed companies as a senior operating executive.

John holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
