Michael Dizon has been promoted to the position of Human Resources Director. He joined LSO in 2018 and has earned this promotion through his continued hard work, dedication, and successes as LSO’s HR Manager.
In his new role, Michael will continue to oversee all HR functions as we grow and assume overarching Human Resources responsibility for future LSO Business Units.

During his tenure at LSO, Michael has established the vision and direction of LSO’s human capital programs, policies, and services. This includes advising LSO’s CEO, shareholders, and other senior managers on human capital management.
Michael Dizon holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Advanced Business Analytics and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Information Systems from the University of Phoenix.
