John Nino

Chief Executive Officer

John Nino leverages over 30 years of leadership in manufacturing and product development across aerospace, medical device, and automotive sectors. His tenure as President and CEO of ECA Medical Instruments led to pioneering single-use surgical instruments, securing partnerships with industry leaders like Medtronic and Boston Scientific. John holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California and is a Lean Manufacturing expert with multiple industry awards and patents. Beyond his professional achievements, he is passionate about vintage car restoration and racing.

Neil A. Goldman, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Neil Goldman brings decades of financial leadership experience, driving growth and strategic expansion across the diagnostics and manufacturing industries. At BioPorto A/S, he raised over DKK 140 million to support clinical trials and FDA review, and in prior roles at Chembio Diagnostics, J.S. Held, and Unwired Technology, he led revenue growth, acquisitions, and operational scaling. A graduate of Miami University with a B.S. in Business-Accountancy, Neil’s expertise positions LSO for continued success and innovation in the medical device manufacturing space.

Krista Precourt

Chief Operating Officer

Krista Precourt brings over 20 years of operational leadership in regulated manufacturing, with a strong track record of driving performance and execution. As COO, she oversees operations across all LSO locations, leading site execution, ERP integration, and strategic initiatives to improve quality, delivery, and profitability.

Since joining LSO in 2022, Krista has played a key role in unifying production systems and strengthening cross-functional operations.

She previously held senior roles at ECA Medical Instruments and Aveox Inc., and holds a degree in Business Administration from Ohio Northern University.
