This year marks a remarkable milestone for LSO and for one of our longest-serving team members. Mireya Lozano, Director of Quality & Regulatory / Incubator Services, is celebrating 25 years with the company.
Mireya’s leadership and stability have been essential to ensuring that clients receive consistent, high-quality support—delivered on time and with precision. Over the past two and a half decades, she has helped shape LSO’s quality systems and regulatory execution into a trusted resource for medical device companies navigating complex compliance demands.
Her journey began long before she joined LSO. With over 30 years in the medical device industry, Mireya started her career as a Quality Control Inspector. It was an early role that sparked her passion for regulatory compliance and quality systems. That passion eventually led her to LSO, where she has played a central role in building and maintaining quality processes that support both early-stage and established medical device companies.
Mireya has led cross-functional teams through FDA inspections, vendor audits, and quality system implementations. She has helped client start-ups navigate complex regulatory pathways and ensured that every process—across operations, manufacturing, and quality—meets the highest standards. As LSO’s Management Representative, she continues to oversee and guide our Quality Department with the same focus and discipline that defined her first day on the job.
Her long tenure reflects more than loyalty. Mireya’s steady presence at LSO brings continuity, deep institutional knowledge, and a consistent approach to quality that clients can rely on. In a field where regulatory requirements are unforgiving and timelines matter, Mireya’s experience helps ensure that quality support from LSO is always thorough, timely, and aligned with what our clients need.
