Andrew Gladd, Sales and Program Manager at LSO, is celebrating a major milestone in his career – his 10-year anniversary with the company!
Andrew began his time at LSO in the Sterilization & Validation division (SVS), where his project experience focused mainly in Steam Sterilization & Ethylene Oxide Sterilization Industries. Over the years, he has become very well-versed in all of LSO’s divisions, as well as FDA, GMP and ISO Compliances, and has a unique blend of business experience, which encompasses local, national, and international customer management.
As Sales and Program Manager, Andrew has been instrumental in managing new customer requests and supporting the sales team with existing customer expansions. He is also responsible for overseeing the sales process and ensuring that all customer requirements are met. His passion for helping customers and his exceptional work ethic have not gone unnoticed, and he is often praised by his colleagues for his ability to find creative solutions to customer problems and his ability to quickly resolve any issues that may arise.
Outside of work, Andrew loves spending time with his wife and two kids. With the kids being 3 and under 1, they are always looking for new adventures to spend time as a family. He also has a passion for following along the local sports team, especially the Anaheim Ducks.
