Doug B. Constable

Chief Executive Officer

Doug Constable brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in the MedTech and manufacturing industries to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Life Science Outsourcing (LSO). Throughout his career, Doug has successfully led companies through major growth phases, strategic transactions, and operational transformations—delivering sustained performance and profitability.

Before joining LSO, Doug served as Chief Executive Officer of Clayens North America, where he guided the company’s expansion into the U.S. and Mexican markets and oversaw more than 40 strategic transactions. His background includes senior leadership roles as CEO, Chairman, and Partner across multiple organizations, as well as entrepreneurial ventures that reflect his passion for building value-driven, customer-focused businesses.

Doug also founded Outcome Solutions, LLC, providing consulting and operational support for device design, engineering, sourcing, and manufacturing. Earlier in his career, he served as a Tax Consultant with Fust, Charles, Chambers & Harfosh, CPA’s, supporting small business clients and managing complex financial portfolios.

As CEO, Doug leads LSO’s next phase of growth under PPC Enterprises, building upon recent strategic acquisitions and expanding the company’s integrated capabilities in medical device manufacturing, packaging, and sterilization. His leadership underscores LSO’s mission to help life science innovators accelerate their path to market through quality, expertise, and end-to-end solutions.

Doug holds a degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
