Krista Precourt is Chief Operating Officer at Life Science Outsourcing, where she leads enterprise operations and drives strategic initiatives across all LSO locations. Since joining LSO in 2022, Krista has played a critical role in elevating operational performance and strengthening cross-functional execution company-wide.
As COO, Krista oversees site-level operations across all LSO locations. Her leadership focuses on aligning production execution with business objectives, improving quality performance and delivery metrics, and advancing profitability across the organization. She is also responsible for integrating ERP systems across all locations and driving operational transformation through data-driven process improvements and emerging technologies.
Krista brings more than 20 years of experience managing complex operations in regulated industries. Before LSO, she served as Director of Operations at ECA Medical Instruments, where she led operational scaling efforts at a private equity-backed OEM for orthopedic and cardiovascular devices. She also held senior operational leadership roles at Aveox Inc., a manufacturer of motion control systems for aerospace, defense, and medical applications.
Krista studied Business Administration at Ohio Northern University. She is recognized for her strategic insight, operational discipline, and commitment to building high-performance teams.
