Most recently, as Vice President of Operations at Milliken Healthcare, Scott led three manufacturing sites and delivered significant improvements in on-time delivery and cost efficiency through strategic and process-driven initiatives.
Recognized for his hands-on leadership style and unwavering integrity, Scott has successfully turned around underperforming sites by cultivating high-performance teams and reinforcing a culture rooted in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost. He holds an MBA from the University of New Hampshire and is certified in Lean, Six Sigma, OSHA Safety, and other operational disciplines.
