William “Willy” Beach brings more than 18 years of leadership in medical device contract manufacturing and global business development. At LSO, he leads sales and marketing with a proven track record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and managing enterprise accounts worldwide.
Before joining LSO, Willy held senior roles at NN, Inc., AGI, Mediliant Group, Eptam Precision, and Autocam Medical, where he delivered double-digit growth, expanded pipelines, and guided M&A and branding initiatives. His expertise spans North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America, with career highlights including driving sales from $2.8 million to over $50 million annually.
An active industry contributor, Willy has served on the OrthoWorld/OMTEC Global Advisory Committee and supported MPO/ODT and OMTEC initiatives. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Arts from Central Michigan University and is certified in SPIN Selling, Sandler Training, Advanced Closing Techniques, and Six Sigma. Outside of work, he volunteers with Michigan Special Olympics and youth sports.
