Krista Precourt, an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serves as the Director of Operations at Life Science Outsourcing. Throughout her extensive career, Krista has honed her skills in managing complex operations and driving efficiency within the industry.

Previously, Krista held the position of Director of Operations at at a private equity-backed ECA Medical Instruments, an OEM specializing in orthopedic and cardiovascular devices. Here, she showcased her ability to navigate the unique challenges of a rapidly evolving industry and helped propel the organization to new heights.

Krista further solidified her expertise in the field during her tenure as the Director of Operations at Aveox Inc., a well-respected designer, and manufacturer of Motion Control Systems for mission-critical Aerospace, Defense, Medical, and Industrial applications. In this role, she successfully managed diverse teams and facilitated the production of innovative solutions for the market.

Krista studied Business Administration at Ohio Northern University. Her education, combined with her extensive professional experience, has established her as a highly regarded leader with in the medical device industry. As a dedicated and passionate leader, Krista Precourt continues to make significant contributions to her field, all while maintaining a commitment to excellence and innovation.
